Look for the stamp, “USA – CSB” for genuine Made in USA – Custom Shock Bushings!

Don’t buy those thin-walled plastic rings that can crack or imitations that lack years of performance & durability testing.  My heavy-duty bushings are trail proven and MADE IN THE USA.  Customer feedback is fantastic and all specific to replacement shock bushings.  If you don’t like them – send them back with $0 re-stocking fee.

** Don’t buy or re-use those worn-out steel tubes – my kits eliminate them.

Polaris Shock part number: 7041964

It is easy to replace the worn rear shock eyelet bushings in your Polaris Magnum or Xpedition  ATV instead of replacing your shocks. See the specific “Where-Used” listing below.  I sell a ton of these and other kits so if you can’t find what you need, message me using the eBay app.  YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE AN EXPERIENCED MECHANIC TO DO THIS…INSTRUCTIONS ARE INCLUDED AND ARE EASY TO FOLLOW!

7041964, replaced the 7041774, Shock-RR, Axle, SRS

7041964 Replaced the 7041890, Shock-RR, Axle, SRS (built after 6/21/1999)

These bushings work great and are totally made in the USA of a Super-Tough engineered polymer which is designed specifically for bushing applications in abusive environments. Use your existing bolt & nut. You don’t need the steel tube that was in the original bushing.  My design eliminates it.

Replace your bushings before you damage your shock eyelet, bolts or mounting brackets and improve the ride by reducing slack/play in your suspension.  You won’t find a more cost effective, hassle free solution to avoid bigger problems later.  If you are looking for a better solution to fix your ATV instead of buying new shocks at $100 to $150 per shock, if you can even find a used shock.  You won’t be disappointed.
